<strawberry marscapone filling>
ingredients
- mascarpone cheese (chilled) - 8 oz
- frozen strawberries (thawed and drained) - 1/2 cup
- white sugar - 1/4 cup
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
directions
in a food processor, combine mascarpone cheese, strawberries, 1/4 cup sugar, and lemon juice. process until smooth.
